Just a little recap of how our meeting went on Thursday:
~Chelsea Lowry, our awesome market manager, will go to farmers market training in Casper in mid April.
~Core vendor mapping of the park will be researched and presented at the next vendor meeting, along with discussion of parking issues.
~The Thursday Market will accept SNAP this year!
~Centsible Nutrition's County Educator Sandra Biller was present and it was decided that as a non-profit participant who provides a "local education aspect" to their tent, Centsible Nutrition will have their market fee waived. Other non-profits may present their case to the Board for discussion and decision on whether they provide an ongoing educational presence and should have their fee waived.
~Discussed also was the need for new and varied vendors.

-Marketing Meeting: Thursday April 2 5:30pm ~ Night Heron Bookstore
-Vendor Meeting: Thursday April 16 ~ Fort Sanders at Labonte Park
-Vendor Meeting: Thursday May 14 ~ Fort Sanders at Labonte Park
At the marketing meeting we'll discuss:
*Marketing avenues with administration of responsibilities
*Vendor directions for effective marketing and to-do check list
*Possible incentives for vendor marketing
*Specific marketing for scheduled “Artisan Markets”
*Weekly themes & outreach activities
