Sheila Bird Farms Wilted Greens Salad:
Sautee garlic, chili pepper, Hakurai turnip, peppered salami. Deglaze with coconut milk and a tiny splash of vinegar. Remove from heat and add Sheila Bird Farms greens. Mmmmm!
We will have more of those sweet turnips at Thursday Local Market, Undine Park, 3 to 7 pm, along with gorgeous spinach, mesclun greens, arugula, Lacinato dino kale, baby kale,
true French tarragon and more.
See you at the market!
