Sheila Bird Farms
Located on a small plot of land on the Prairie Monarch Bison Ranch, just northwest of Laramie, Wyoming. All veggies are started from seed in the Laramie greenhouse then transplanted out at the farm. Committed to organic practices, such as crop rotation, cover crops and use of beneficial insects to control pests, Sheila Bird Farms use absolutely NO chemical agents (NO pesticides, herbicides nor fungicides) and are pursuing organic certification. A commitment to working with as many local, organic, and sustainable producers as possible shaped Serendipity Confections’ products since the beginning–cream from a local dairy and organic sweet cream butter take center stage in all of our candies. Cooked in small batches, our rich and buttery caramels are also made without corn syrup, artificial colors or flavors, and are made in a dedicated gluten-free facility. |
